GER 1510     Beginning German I     4 Credit Hours

ESL Placement Level: Placement into ENG 1510, ENG 1510E, or ENG 1510S, or placement into ESL 2520 or completion of ESL 2520. ENG transfer credit will also satisfy this prerequisite.

This is an introductory course with special emphasis on the fundamentals of speaking, listening, reading, writing and understanding German language and culture.
