Business Administration with a Concentration in International Business (INB.BUS.ABA)

Associate in Business Administration

Business, Management, Marketing and Technology

The Associate in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business is designed to provide a foundation in business areas such as accounting, business law, global business, and economics.  Additional program requirements and opportunities to explore concerns, issues and prospects on a global level will expose students to culture, language, and business practices.

Students select the Associate in Business Administration degree for various reasons including the desire to further their education by completing a bachelor degree or as preparation for MBA programs.

All courses that satisfy MTA requirements must be completed with a grade of ‘C’ (2.0) or higher.  All courses comprising the 60 credits required for the degree must be completed with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.

This degree encompasses the Michigan Transfer Agreement (MTA) requirements and, therefore, students who successfully complete this program will be qualified for the Michigan Transfer Agreement (MTA) endorsement.  Students should work closely with an OCC counselor to select the MTA courses that will be most beneficial to them upon transferring to their desired four-year institution.
