Computer Integrated Manufacturing Technology (CIM)

CIM 2300     Introduction to Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS)     4 Credit Hours

English/ESL Placement: Placement into ENG 1060 or higher (or placement into ESL 2510 or higher for students taking the ESL sequence of courses).
Prerequisite: CAD 2151 and MTT 1400; or consent of instructor.

This course will provide the student with the procedures and principles of creating a cutter path for Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining and programming a robot using appropriate software.
